1. The bits are very hard to remove from holding case. (need a flat head screw driver to remove, to pry out)

2. When bit is in the tool, is also difficult to remove (Needed a robogrip pliers to remove)

Look for a better multi bit screw driver. When needed, someone does not need the extra frustration to get the tool they need to help them.

I would upgrade to a 2 star, the instant making it a stubby saved me for a fix, but needs improvement for ease of use.
