This is exactly what I wanted, and worked great, for the 15mm rear axle bolts on track bikes I ride/race on the velodrome. While regular 15mm wrenches are OK, the ratcheting makes tightening and loosening much easier. This one has a slightly tilted head which also allows for easier access to the bolts and movement of the handle once you are on the bolt. Finally, the open side occasionally is needed if the nut is too worn/deformed (e.g., rental bikes being abused by too many folks) sometimes the circular 15mm head won't go over it. A must for every trackies sack!
