I ordered this knife for my Hubby for Christmas. It looked really cool in the item description. When It came in I was a bit disappointed. On one side the fake shell piece looked realistic, but the other side was cloudy and did not look like shell at all. I ended up giving it to him early and he actually loved it. He said it looked perfectly fine to him. Maybe I'm just a bit too picky
