I really like this knife. It's a little harder to sharpen than a regular carbon steel, but that's to be expected with stainless. Typical of a Schrade folder, it has a detent-like stop when the blade is at 90 degrees to the body, making it quite a bit safer to close one-handed than some other popular knives. The ironwood handle is smooth, but not slick, giving a good grip. Whoever brought Schrade back from the grave, thank you.
