JET JSG-0516 Cut-Off Tool Review

This is a very nice cut-off tool. It is solid and will not bog down when connected to a good compressor. The 4 CFM air requirement is a little misleading. It will work at that speed, but it truly shines when connected to a good 60+ gallon, 5+ hp shop air compressor. Probably need 6 CFM at 100 PSI to get the best performance.

Bottom line: This is a professional-level tool that will last for a long time. At 45 bucks, it is an exceptional value. If you want to buy the Harbor Freight version for half the price, go right ahead, just remember that you have a really cheap tool turning at 20,000+ RPM.
