Wera Zyklop Ratchet, combines 5 ratchet types into 1 robust tool. Swivel head has defining lock points at 0, 15 and 90 degrees left and right, preventing the head from slipping, for reliable and safe working. I didn't expect much when ordering this extension. I am slowly weeding out my chinese tools into a spare tool box and replacing them with quality US and European items. I figured hey Wera makes great ratchets, I will try their extensions. I ordered the 76mm, the 125mm, and the 200mm units. The 76mm is the only one of the three that does not feature the rotating sleeve. It is a plain 76mm extension, except it boasts supreme quality. They all have a satin finish which is pleasant compared to the bright chrome finish on other models. The base of the extensions are knurled and the square drive ends are very precise. The 76mm is the only one that features a wobble, the 125mm and 200mm are square shouldered and do not allow for wobble. Aside from the Zyklop tradition of a spinning sleeve to make running a nut down a threaded stud faster, the 125mm and 200mm units feature a locking ball pin! There's a small button on the end near the square drive male side. Press it down on the green side and sockets are easily installed and removed. Press the button on the red side and the sockets are locked onto the extension. VERY handy and I didn't even realize these had the feature when ordering! What a pleasant surprise! The button is strangely awesome - I figured it'd be kind of cheesy but its very positive and has a very satisfying "dink" feel/noise when its engaged/disengaged.

The only thing I'd like would be wobble ends on the other two extension with the potential (maybe?) to lock them in a straight position - that'd be great. The only complaint I have is that the unit is so smoothly machined (the knurles are very subtle and the drive ends do not touch the surface when resting them) that they have no anti-roll feature. Maybe machining a flat or two in them would fix that. Just an idea! Otherwise, if you appreciate quality tools - add these extensions to your box.
