I received these cutters and immediately noticed that they had been used. The jaws clearly showed where someone had made a single cut. The jaw coating was marred, consistent with cutting a bolt of about 3/8" diameter. Since this would not affect their utility to me, I did not return them for a "new" set. Shame on whoever ordered these to make one cut and then sent them back.

Since receiving these I have used them several times. They are well built and work well.

Minus one star for receiving not checking the returned item for use.
