I have used this corner chisel for several months (almost exclusively for squaring router-cut mortises), and it is as sharp now as it was the day it was delivered. The iron was well-honed and razor-sharp straight out of the bag; I'm careful to avoid any non-wood contact (I keep it in a leather roll with my other hand chisels), so I haven't needed to resharpen (not that I have the honing skill to do so). It feels comfortable in the hand and is absolutely my favorite hand tool. Highly recommended for anyone who would rather square a mortise than round a tenon. I wish they made 1/2" and 3/4" varieties.
